About TEPA

Tamil Entrepreneurs and Professionals Associates, U.A.E is a government registered organization for business and social related works, licensed by the U.A.E Government authorities. It was created as a community volunteering group on February 5, 2020 with the purpose of encouraging and facilitating business development for the Tamil language speaking community and also involved in community development works in social, welfare, sport & entertainment activities in the United Arab Emirates.

There are more than 400,000 Tamil speaking people living, working and conducting businesses in UAE, which is over 16% of the Indian population in UAE. They are one the strongest communities contributing immensely to the UAE economy and Indian Diaspora through their hard work and perseverance.

TEPA is one of the frontline business groups from Tamil Community in the following activities:

  1. To bring more investment to U.A.E to support U.A.E Government.
  2. Support to increase the number of new Startup companies in U.A.E by engaging U.A.E business people or new investors from India.
  3. Involving to increase the U.A.E Economy to support the government.
  4. Increase the number of workforces and business activities in the local market.
  5. Encourage the community to re-invest the earned money in U.A.E market in different fields.
  6. Assisting & guiding potential investors to open branches / new businesses in India.
  7. Empowering Women Entrepreneurs.
  8. Transforming Employees to Employers to do effective business in the market.
  9. Arranging Seminars & Conferences related to business.
  10. Arranging Investments to India from the Gulf Market.

TEPA contributes to the Tamil Community by organizing the following activities with its own resources and assistance of associate partner organizations in Dubai:

  1. Business network meetings: physically and virtually, enabling sharing business opportunities.
  2. Charitable activities: organizing food, groceries and safety kits distribution to economically challenged Tamil community.
  3. Social work:
    1. Blood donation campaign.
    2. Foodstuff, groceries and safety kits distribution.
    3. Connecting employment opportunities and job seekers.
    4. Repatriation of workers in emergency situations.
    5. Assistance to stranded or deprived through community approach, and
    6. Involving in Arts, Sports and Cultural Programs along with event management companies.
